Founder
ACOUNTESS is a resource for creatives to get help with logistics and business. Founded in 2009 by Lena Imamura, to help artists produce projects, manage finances and realize their dreams.
In 2012, ACOUNTESS established a partnership with The Bookkeeping Company of NY and today serves as a consultant for small creative businesses.
Over the years, ACOUNTESS provided small creative businesses with project management and accounting resources for bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, sales tax and more. It also produced exhibitions, events, catalogs, videos, and objects for a wide range of clients. Clients included a variety of creative industry figures from musicians, designers, to visual artists, along with galleries, curators, art advisors, and architects.
