Clear Heart is a series of hollow resin hearts filled with upcycled, symbolic objects that reflect the inner worlds we carry. Each piece is a small archive of memory, emotion, and meaning, inviting us to look inward and consider how acknowledging what we hold inside can create space for growth and transformation.

In Follow the Trail, I explore how discomfort can act as a guide toward healing and growth. Inside this heart are symbols drawn from nature and emotional residue — reminders that the things that restrain us often reveal what needs clearing. This piece reflects my belief that when we follow what hurts back to its source, we open the path for renewal.
