Anderson Real Estate Development oversaw the conversion of the former Willard Hotel at 252 West 76th Street into Manhattan residential developments. Part of the development project was the design and decoration of the luxury building's lobby.
Eric Anderson of A.R.E.D. hired Lena to consult on the curation and purchase of artworks for the building's lobby. Working with the existing interior decor and history of the building together, works by Yuri Masnyj, James Powers, and Jeannie Weissglass were acquired for permanent installation at the building.
